Uther's dad sends some assistance by way of a man named Ernst Torman . Just after he arrives a magical brownout causes drastic changes to the Kingdom of Legacy. Frey gets a new apartment, Uther has a party for his cats, Frey gets his own apartment and Ernst tries to fit in.
